Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

*Please note that all FIFA 2026 World Cup products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.*

Image Cropping & Production Tolerance

Due to the manufacturing process used for Plak mounts, approximately a 1/4" inche of the image may be lost around the outer edges of the finished product. Customers are responsible for ensuring that important content, text, logos, and design elements are kept within a safe area of their artwork.

Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be issued for image cropping or image loss that falls within these normal production tolerances.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
